Bus or train, both stations are just a 5 minute walk to the Arbutus.

 In the town centre within walking distance of most venues, we are less than 1km from Fitzgerald Stadium, Killarney National Park and about 1.5 Km from the INEC.

The Arbutus Hotel is located on College Street, in the heart of Killarney town centre. If you are approaching by car there is a one way system in operation so we would advise you to follow the map of Killarney. Eircode V93 AYP9.

There are no public transport links from the airport to the hotel, but a taxi can be arranged.

The Arbutus  is full of charm and personality. We have maintained and refurbished the building to the highest standard but we know not everyone appreciates the quirks and idiosyncrasies of a historic property. In the 97 years the Buckley family have been welcoming guests to the Arbutus we have had an excellent track record but everyone is different and very occasionally someone decides our hotel isn’t right for them after all. If that happens we don’t believe in locking you in to terms & conditions and will reimburse you and endeavour to find you an alternative hotel more suited to your tastes.
